What is eRx?

Proudly Australia’s first and largest Prescriptions Exchange Service, eRx Script Exchange was established in April 2009 for doctors, pharmacists and patients. We work in partnership with every leading medical and pharmacy software vendor to ensure our service works for all Australia health professionals.

In 2023 eRx Script Exchange was contracted by the Australian Government Department of Health. Disability and Ageing to be the provider of the National Prescription Delivery Service (NPDS) and the Active Script List (ASL).

About RTPM

A real time prescription monitoring (RTPM) system provides medical practitioners with accurate and timely information regarding their patient’s medication history to help them make more informed clinical decisions at the point of care.
